Gary Dean Zeigler, age 72, of Ringling Montana passed away November 25, 2011 at Mountainview Medical Center in White Sulphur Springs due to complications of a brief illness._x000D_
Born May 10, 1939 in Columbus Montana to Floyd and Thelma Zeigler, Gary was one of ten siblings. Gary was raised on a small farm north of Columbus where he would find his life’s calling, harvesting grain. Gary was a man who could fix anything and did so through his 40 plus years of owning and operating his own custom harvesting business. Not afraid of hard work, he would do whatever was needed to provide for his family._x000D_
Gary was married to Marjorie Burchett of Huntley Montana on April 23, 1970 and they remained married 41 years until his passing. Together they operated the family business. Gary’s hobbies included hunting and fishing with his family, playing music, and raising a prized garden year after year with his wife. He was a generous man who would befriend and help anyone who needed it. _x000D_
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters (Verle Hagar, Alice White, Arleda Marcher), three brothers (Harley, Marion, and Sherman Zeigler) and three children (Laura, Robin and Jodette)._x000D_
Gary is survived by his wife Marjorie, three sisters (Avis Erb, Marjorie Hoagland and Donna Nelson) four children, James Zeigler of Atwood Kansas, Beth North, Gerald Zeigler and Glen Zeigler both of Helena Montana and 9 grandchildren._x000D_
Memorials can be made in Gary’s name to Mountainview Medical Center 16 W Main P.O. Box q, White Sulphur Springs MT, 59645. The Zeigler family would like to thank the staff of Mountainview Medical Center for all of their help and hospitality through this tough time. _x000D_
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 30 at 11:00 a.m. in Columbus, Mt at the Columbus Evangelical Church, corner of 1st & Quarry St. Interment will follow the service at Mountain View Cemetery, Columbus, MT.
