Lillian was born April 8, 1919, and raised in Wolf Point, MT. She married Pete on July 3, 1950, and moved to his farm in Big Sandy. Their son, Bill, was born in June 1951. Lillian was a farm wife and mother. She was kept very busy raising a family, a garden and chickens and cooking meals for the hired help._x000D_

Lillian loved to garden and watch her flowers grow. She also enjoyed crocheting, sewing, visiting friends and going to church._x000D_

After Pete died in 1981, Lillian moved into a house in Big Sandy. She lived alone until her beloved cat, Nicky, came to live with her in 2001. He was her constant companion and joy. They moved to Helena in 2009 to be closer to Bill. In Helena they resided at the Eagle’s Manor Residence until her death from natural causes on December 10, 2011._x000D_

She was preceded in death by Pete (husband), Emma (maiden name Hahn) (mother), John Heser (father) Anna (sister)._x000D_
She is survived by Bill (son), Connie (grand daughter), Kamen (great grandson)._x000D_

I am so sorry for your loss. Our mother is our first best friend. It seems somehow hard when she is the last parent to go – like closing a book on our lives.
