I had the pleasure of working at the City and County with Arlene. What a kick to stop at the front desk and talk with her. She always had a story or something to share.

I am so sorry for your loss in such a great woman. I work for the City and had a chance to get to know Arlene as I would stop at the switchboard and we would visit. A couple things about Arlene I loved were her obvious love for God and her love for her family. The picture in the paper is perfect. I can almost hear her voice and laughter. My prayers are with you.
