Mom referred to herself as “Mrs. Woodard’s little girl” with her engaging sense of humor. Her stories were enjoyed by many friends and family who will remember her wonderful smile and mischievous laugh. She was a feisty, remarkable woman who overcame many hardships and obstacles with great strength and courage. We will miss her always.

Bev was always happy and she definitely was mischievious and feisty, which made any gathering she was at extra fun. I remember going to the Race for the Cure with her and Toni Williams, and when their picture was published in the newspaper the next day it was a very proud and meaningful moment for them! Bev was such a class act in a working woman, approachable way! Sure am going to miss her always smiling face! One more angel ~ and a lot more laughter ~ in heaven!
