I have very special memories of Florence and Buster going back to my early childhood. I used to love when we got to go the Damon house after school in Craig and wait for my parents to pick us up. It was always a happy time for us. Florence was always so welcoming and friendly. Even though she had her own children, Florence always made my brother Jim, sister Shelley, and me feel special. We know you feel a loss, but what a wonderful life she lived. We are thankful for the years you had her and know that now she is with our Heavenly Father. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with your family. We are grateful for the relationship our families shared many years ago. It was unique and hasn’t ever been forgotten. May God bless you during this difficult time.
Sincerely, Debbie Pollack Barnhill

I know all of the Damon family and two of her granddaughter’s were my best friends since high school. Grandma Florence loved to spend time with family and she often joined us in Cascade for drinks and dancing. She was a sweet kind woman and raised a beautiful family which I was blessed to be a part of. Prayers and my deepest condolences to all of you. Lori Harris Crawford
