Jerry was my very first pre-school play friend. He lived at 700 8th Ave So and I lived at 712 8th Ave So in Great Falls. Jerry was sports minded then and I was all cowboy but yet he would still play “Cowboys and Indians” with me. Jerry was about 2 months younger than me (3-8-39 / 4/25/39) My family moved to 716 3rd Ave So in 1945 and that was a long way for a couple of 5/6 year old’s Over the years we would run into each other but as of lately I didn’t realize he had moved to Helena. He was great guy then and now and will always be in my memories.

Toni, So sorry to hear of Hawks passing…He was such a great guy so many memories from my first day at Pennington’s to fishing and golfing…He always made me laugh! Praying for you and your entire family
