David Edward Drake II, age 35 of Helena, MT
David lived life being a beloved friend and caring worker at his job. He had a big smile and even bigger heart. He grew up along the Missouri River in Townsend, MT. There David learned to swim and ride bikes with his family.
Growing up David had a love of wrestling, horror movies, and being with his friends and family.
David’s laugh, kindness, and life of the party attitude will be missed forever.
David joys in life were watching shows like The Simpson and Shameless. The movie, Scarface became one of his favorite movies. He also enjoyed folfing, shooting guns, and adored his cat Georgie.
David precedes in death his father David Drake Sr., his mother Ruth Carole Drake, his Aunt Barbara, and his grandparents.
David is survived by his sister, Anastasia Drake, as well as many half and step siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, step-parents, and his innumerable friends.
David’s celebration of life will be held August 28th 2021 at Heritage Park in Townsend, MT from 1pm to 3pm. Please bring a chair for the gathering.

David was one of the goofiest guys in high school! He ALWAYS teased me and his laugh was so contagious! I didn’t see Dave much after college, but our younger years were always full of great laughs! You are missed David and it was too soon for you to go. Rest with peace and keep an eye on everyone while you’re up there!
