I hope I am correct in assuming that this is the Ed who lived at Renaissance Assisted Living Facility. I got to know him after he moved there, while visiting my mother. He was one of my favorite people there, and we spoke often. He jokingly referred to me as his “daughter.” I really liked Ed and was so sorry to hear that he passed. I’ll miss him and his big smile and the mischievous glint in his eye. I look forward to learning more about him in an obituary. He seemed to have been quite a character, based on the stories he told me. My condolences to his family and friends.

I am Ed’s oldest son and am wondering if he was cremated or buried. I just found out that he died. We’ve been estranged for many years.
