Grandpa Charlie was a wonderful Foster Grandparent Volunteer at Rocky Mountain Development Council. In his later years of volunteering he worked at Rocky Mountain Preschool. He had a great sense of humor and I fondly remember the conversations we used to have about our (different) trips to Mexico. You made so many positive differences in young preschool children’s lives. RIP Grandpa Charlie! Gale Anderson

When I worked at Elkhorn, Charles was the highlight of everyday working there. He was such a blessing to my life, and there are so many stories I could share about this man. Rest in paradise sweet friend of mine. You are VERY missed.
