Christopher Lynn Maloney, 32 of Clinton, formerly of Helena, Montana passed away September 13, 2017 from an automobile accident.
Chris was born February 15, 1985 in Great Falls, Montana to Mike and Halley Maloney. He graduated from Capital High School in 2003. Chris owned and operated Rockin’ Montana Custom Drywall. Chris was a hardworking man who took pride in his business and helping his clients with their projects.
Growing up, Chris enjoyed playing many sports with baseball being his favorite. He was part of many All Star Teams. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, working on his truck and a fan of the Green Bay Packers. Above all, he loved spending time with his children the most. Chris was a loving father who was always so proud of his children. Chris also attended the Clinton Community Church.
He is survived by his father Mike Maloney (Missoula) and mother Halley Maloney (Visalia, CA); daughters Giada Maloney and Lily Maloney and son Cain Santorno all of Lolo; sisters Amber Maloney (Birmingham, PA) and Ashley Maloney (Abilene, TX). He is survived by his maternal grandmother Donna Ellis; paternal grandparents Gladys and Gene Carnahan, step-father Ken Perry, mentor Chris Fulton, Charmaine Santorno, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, along with his dog Hyde. Chris is preceded in death by his loyal four-legged companions Sequoia and Caesar.
He will forever be fondly remembered as a loving father, son, brother, and friend to all who knew him. A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Liberty Baptist Church, 210 Sierra Road, Helena with burial at Lavina Cemetery (Townsend) at 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, a benefit account has been set up by the grandparents for Chris’s children at Valley Bank of Helena, PO Box 5269, Helena, MT 59604.
