Craig George Joseph Marple at age 53 lost his life tragically on November 2, 2015. Craig was born on November 2, 1962 in Canoga Park CA. Craig moved to Montana in 1992 with his mother to join other family members. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved touring Montana on his motorcycle named Candy.
He is survived by his three children, Craig (CJ) Marple, Cristina Marple, and Vanessa Marple and their mother Victoria Leslie of Helena; Father George Marple and wife Nicolasa (Niki) of Murietta CA; Mother Jolene Oelegeschlager and husband Ted of Winston; Sister Coleen Marple Ward and husband Steve of East Helena; Brother Curtis Marple and wife Dawn of Simi Valley CA; Sister/Aunt Kathleen Garcia Boscarino and her husband Jack of Simi Valley CA; Nephews Scott Ward of Helena, Geoff Ward and wife Stephanie of Townsend; Several other Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and a huge family of friends. He is preceded in death by his fraternal grandparents Anna and Claude Marple; maternal grandparents Iola DeBates, Joseph Garcia, and Jean DeBates; Also preceding him by one day was his Best Friend Mick Halverson of Helena who Craig considered to be his Brother.
There will be a celebration of life at 3:00 pm Friday, November 6, 2015 at the East Valley Fire Station #2 located at 2694 Valley Drive, East Helena. Out of respect of his young children and Fire Department rules there will be no alcoholic beverages at this function.
