When our offices were in the Northgate, Frank and family managed the building, and Frank would often stop to visit a bit. He was a nice man, and I am certain, he was a blessing to his family. May God bless you all with his mercy and comfort! Cindy.

My condolences on your loss of Frank. I was a box boy at the Super Save Market when it first opened and worked under Frank’s leadership. He was a great guy to work for and I really enjoyed my time there. I have many fond memories of that time in my life and Frank is one of them. Wishing you peace, michael spurzem

Jeff and family, So Sorry for your Loss, our prayers are with the whole Capps family. My mother worked at Super Save in the early years, when I was pre-school age. She always appreciated being given the opportunity to work there. May your good memories bring you comfort in the future. God Bless, Connie (Sands) Jerome
