Frank Earl Osborne
Frank passed away on the morning of February 2 at Fort Harrison VA Hospital at the age of 81 from complications of Lewy Body Dementia. Frank was born on May 27, 1943, in Princeton West Virginia to John Mack Osborne and Eva Victoria Quesenberry.
Frank met wis life-long mate, Rose Marie Thompson, and was married November 17, 1962, in Long Beach California while Frank was in the service. They had two children, John Edward and Viola Marie. Frank is survived by Rose, his children John and Viola, three brothers, Bud, Elmer, and Tom Osborne, several step siblings, five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Frank was the youngest of 19 children and is preceded in death by his mother and father, and numerous siblings.
Interment will be at the Fort Harrison VA cemetery, Friday, February 14 at 1:30 in the pavilion with military honors. The memorial service will be on Friday, February 21st at 1:30, at Simple Cremation Montana, 315 East Sixth street.

So sorry for your loss. Frank will be greatly missed. Hugs and Prayers for all family and friends. I remember years ago, my husband and I stopped by to look at some puppies you were giving away. We brought our two sons and Frank said,” You know its only right that you get each boy a puppy'”. We ended up with a Ginger and a Midge! They were the best dogs! I will always remember that. Rest in Peace Frank.
