It sure was nice having Frank as a wonderful Rimini neighbor all those years. He was most certainly loved by all who knew him. My parents loved visiting with him as they too enjoyed the nature and peacefulness of the Rimini area. I certainly feel fortunate to have cared for him at The Big Sky Care Center. All my best and condolences to the family.

My family, Mary Ellen, Michael and Diane Tipton, send our love and prayers to the Welliver family. Frank’s passing is a great loss to us all in Rimini Gulch. He was one of the few remaining people who knew my grandparents personally and the history of the gulch. He and Judy were an important part of what made this a special place to live. We are very saddened at Frank’s passing and will remember him always with great fondness and love.
