I was so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I worked with Jim at FWP and always enjoyed visiting with him he was a good man. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. God Bless
Tony Overstreet says
I meet Jim back in the late eight’s. I admired his ability and knowledge of his trade, welding and fabrication. Jim was a true artist, he could design and build any item needed with what seemed no effort. Jim was a old school. Jim was a great guy and will be missed. Rest In Peace Jim.

Ethel, I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a good friend, kind, talented and soft-spoken, yet with an unbelievable fortitude in facing every challenge in his life with a positive attitude. He was the best welder-machinist in town and that is not just my opinion, it is a matter of fact based on every piece of work he did for me over the years up to and including the beautiful handrails on my front porch — built and installed in 2015 by Steve with supervision and assistance of Jim.
Keep and cherish your precious memories.
With deep sympathy to you and your family,
Diann
