Joey was born June 25, 1974, in Havre to Louis J. St. Marks and Lois Dolly Doney._x000D_

He lived in many cities over the years including Havre, Great Falls, Billings, Coulee Dam, Washington, Spokane, Washington, Salt Lake City, Utah, Phoenix, Portland, Oregon, and Denver._x000D_

Joe attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland._x000D_
_x000D_
Joe enjoyed hard rock music, disc golf, socializing and spending time with his friends and family and being outdoors._x000D_
_x000D_
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis J. St. Marks and Lois Dolly Doney._x000D_
_x000D_
He is survived by his sister, Gerri L. Dickey; nephew, Ike Austin J. Dickey of Spokane; his grandmother, Geraldine S. Doney of Harlem; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles and cousins._x000D_
