My deepest sympathies to the Rulon family. It has been my great pleasure to help Kermit and Ann in any way that I could. Kermit was always a lot of fun to deal with, great fun to tease and joke with. I always tried to make sure that the cash from any checks cashed could be evenly divided between the two of the, even if he seemed to disagree with me (with a smile on his face of course!). He will be greatly missed! Debbie

Our deepest sympathy to the Rulon family. When I first started working at Coors Dinger was one of the first people to welcome me. His wife Ann and daughter Kathi and the boys were nice to me I lost track of them when he retired. We all ended up in Montana and until recently I did not know they lived in the capital city of Montana. So sorry for your loss. Gary and Glenda Edgeworth

Anne, my sincere sympathy to you and your family. Knowing what is ahead for you in the days, months and yes, years, be as assured I will be lifting you up in my prayers. Eddie thought a lot of Delane and had some stories to tell of their younger activities. Ha
May God bring you the peace that passes all understanding.

My condolences to the Rulon Family. Always thought your dad was a pretty darn good guy not to mention how nice your Mom always was. I remember Dinger letting Larry & Terry & I float the North Platte on his raft he bought. One thing is for sure…he did not let life pass him by, he was always taking advantage of some kind of adventure. I always though that was great! Best Regards, Tom Bettinger
