Linda Sue Godsey, age 72, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, of Helena, MT, passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday, June 28, 2015.
Linda was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. She moved to and resided in Helena since the mid 1970’s, where she raised her children, was a local business owner and then was employed by and retired from First Security Bank.
Linda was perceded in death by her parents, Floyd L. and Juanita M. (Green) Trautwein and sister, Carol M. (Trautwein) Calvin. Linda is survived by her son, Jeffery E. Godsey of Helena; daughter, Pamela S. Renfro; son-in-law, Wayne B. Renfro and granddaughter, Julie A. Renfro, of Columbia Falls; sister, Evelyn P. (Trautwein) Minnick and brother, Lary R. Trautwein, both of Kansas; and, numerous extended relatives in the MidWest.
Linda had a passion for animals, having rescued several canine companions, therefore the family suggests that any memorials be made in Linda’s name to the Lewis and Clark Humane Society.
