Blessings to all of Marks family and friends. I am a 1976 HHS classmate of his and so appreciated his honest, easy going, friendly self. Mark always knew how to make a person feel cared about in his own special quiet way. So sorry for your lost.

Becky & I just saw Mark at a Christmas Eve service. He & Tammy came extra early and filled a whole pew with family. I had elder duty, so I was running around getting the service ready, but he called me over to chat. We sat & reminisced about old times, like how whenever the acolytes didn’t show up (and we always used two at First Lutheran Church), guess who got to acolyte… Mark Laible & Marty Baumann, because we were always there.

Tammy and family,
Our fathers were policeman together. I remember going to their house and our parents played cards while we jumped on the bed! I always enjoyed seeing Mark at Home Depot. What a kind man. I am so sorry for your loss.

I worked with Mark at SPH – he was a great guy to work with: always cheerful and helpful. I’ll always remember that impish grin of his – like he knew something you didn’t. He will certainly be missed.
