Pickett, Mary Frances, 91, of Helena passed away surrounded by family members, March 10, 2015. She was born October 1, 1923 to William Thomas and Lois Emelene (Harmon) Osborne in Winnsboro, SC. She married Glenn Earl Pickett on February 14, 1942 in San Francisco, CA. They moved to Helena in 1972.
Mary loved her sewing and crafts, playing bridge (ACBL), helping with Habitat for Humanity, Pioneer Cabin, Helena Homemakers and other community projects.
Mary is survived by her husband of 73 years, Glenn; 4 children: Glenda of Helena, Robert of Joplin, MO, Beverly of Helena and Kathleen (Michael) Baker of Colorado Springs, CO. Also survived by brother, Phillip (Roberta) Osborne and sister, Catherine Dawson both of Jefferson, TX; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, March 18 at 2PM at Mountain Family Fellowship, 6145 N. Montana (north of Sierra Road). Come prepared to share a story.
