Pamala Lee Gerritz-Varner, affectionately known as Pam, passed away on May 20, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and light. Born on September 24, 1957, Pam was known for her kind heart and sharp wit.
Pam’s heart was always deeply rooted in her family. She loved her husband, Jim and was always close to her mother Gwen and sister, Denise. Pam beemed pride for her children and grandchildren. She was a long time caregiver to her beloved daughter, Brandy, whom was lost too early but is finally together again.
In her professional life, Pam was adored by her coworkers and customers alike. She was the go-to expert for everything home decor.
Her infectious laugh and sense of fun made her unforgettable. Even in her 60s she was still reminding her sons that she grew up in the disco era. Her memory will live on. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
There will be a memorial in her home town of Portland, Oregon on 28 June and a celebration of Life on 19 July at her home in Montana City, Montana.
Pam is survived by her Husband Jim, her sons Chris and James and 3 grandchildren Isaac, Ryker and Henry.

Jim,
We loved hanging with you and Pam. time seems to creep up on us. Pam was so gracious to us when we would need help with our construction and when we would stop to see you and Sonar. She will be missed. We also liked her willingness to find joy in many things and help us laugh.
