Ira Keeler says
Hello, my name is Ira Keeler. I had the privilege to work with Richard back in the late 60’s and early 70’s with the Milwaukee. I am so sorry for your loss. He was very precious to me. The knowledge and skills that he passed on to me enabled me to enjoy a long career railroading. My deepest condolences.
Kathleen Kennedy says
Sending my deepest sympathy, love, and light to all of you. May you find comfort and peace through your memories of Dick. Sincerely, Kathleen Kennedy
Dennis C. Burns says
Very sorry to read of Dick Labbe’s passing. A fine and generous father and civic father of Deer Lodge, and a friend of our family since his high school days with my own mother. Here is hoping that heaven is half as wonderful as Rock Creek Lake. My best thoughts to my old friend, Rich, and everyone in Dick Labbe’s family. (Rich – come up to the big lake up north, and we’ll raise a glass.)

Although Marca & I never had the privilege to meet your father Margaret, we know he was an amazing man just by knowing you! Our prayers are, and always will be, with your family! Sure love you guys,

Rosemarie Phillips says
I am Dick’s first cousin. There are just two of the Stoll cousins remaining. I always felt so well received by Dick. He was a kind and gentle man and lived a good life.
At one time, he was the judge of Deer Lodge and Dave Collings, Genevieve’s husband, was the sheriff. We always laughed that we could get help if we got into trouble in Deer Lodge!…..or not! Depending on your standing with the family.
My condolences on your loss. His passing leaves a void in your life.
Sincerely, Rosemarie Stoll Phillips
