Rich was our landlord many years ago. What an awesome guy! He worked hard and came home and took care of his disabled daughter and always had a smile on his face. We were good friends and shared many good times in those days. Rest In Peace Rich!

What a gem this guys was. I didn’t know him.for long but once I met him and his lovely family they felt like my family. I’m so sorry he wasn’t able to stay here a little longer.
