Richard was a good and caring man to all he encountered. He loved his Country and was a very proud Navy Veteran that served during the Vietnam war. Richard was very active helping Veterans in need in our area and was very devoted to help the VFW post in Basin, Mt. survive up until it closed. He will be surely missed by many friends & Veterans and never forgotten.
