My heart was filled was deep sadness when I read of the passing of this wonderful man. I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Steve for many years at the State. He always had a smile, kind word and a hug for you. He will be missed by many people. My prayers go out to his family. Gods speed Steve. Thanks for the smiles. I will miss you.

Clara, Want you to know how blessed Travis and I feel to have known Steve. Even though it was only for a short time you and he both made us feel like friends. I’m glad I had the opportunity to help make him comfortable and to joke with him at the Cancer Treatment Center. Travis found that he and Steve had a lot in common, Age, cars, refurbishing vehicles, etc.
You, I know, have many wonderful memories to help you get through this very tough time.
When Travis gets the steering wheel Steve game him refurbished we will have to bring it out and show it to you.
Carol Bridge also asked me to send her sympathy, love and support to you.
